In general, this corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, but not by any of limitation, shall do all things compatible with empowering and improving the lives of the disenfranchised individuals and sub-cultures (ie: Afro American, Hispanic, People living with HIV/AIDS, Gays/Lesbians, Bisexuals, Transsexuals, homeless persons, etc.) residing within Volusia and Flagler Counties of the State of Florida; which will include:

Developing funding through solicitations, donations, fund raisers, grant writing, as well as applying for city, county, state, and federal funding in order to create or share programs, acquire property, share or provide education and referrals.

Acknowledging the full humanity and the civil rights of every individual, regardless of their status, class, race, age, gender, familial status or sexual orientation.

Facilitating or creating access to any programming required to meet basic human needs in the local area(s) in which said individual(s) or subculture(s) resides.

Working with local leadership for community building in order to develop advocacy groups, focus groups, educational and health care providers within the local area(s).

Offering preventive education, testing and support (ie: food, clothing, housing, medications, etc.) to Persons living with HIV/AIDS (PWA).

Developing a support group for omnisexual (Gay/Lesbian, Bisexual, Transsexual, and Heterosexual) and disenfranchised youth which offers support groups, education (including GED), and housing.
